Lee Watkins

Lee Watkins is the creator of Value Trust Respect. Once caught in survival’s grip betrayal left him fighting for his life. In recovery, he realized the real fight wasn’t with a man or a moment, but against
survival mode itself.
Refusing revenge, he chose not to fight the flames but to fight the dragon. Drawing on both conventional and unconventional experience in business and in his approach to culture, Lee’s work
now is architectural — designing, stories, systems, and structures that last.
